源于生活情境 享受快乐英语人教版PEP小学英语四年级下册Unit 4 Its Warm Today教学设计Part B lets talk Whats the weather like ?教学目标:1、能阅读理解对话内容,掌握本课时的主要句型Whats the weather like in BeiJing?Its rainny.How about New York?2、能够分角色朗读对话.3、了解世界几个主要城市的天气特点.4、听懂并完成Lets check.教学重点:认句型Whats the weather like in BeiJing? How about NewYork?并能结合实际运用。教学重点:怎样询问天气have to、 What are you doing? Whats the weather? 的表达。课前准备:五种常用的天气符号图片、五颗红心、句子条、奖杯、小奖卡(一面画有天气 符号,另一面写有城市名称)课件。教学设想:围绕这节课的重点和难点句型,通过复习学过的短语与句子,预设多种情境,在大量语言输入的情况下,使学生“听懂”句子,在听懂的前提下,启发学生创设情境。把听懂的句子应用到具体的口语交际中,并利用评价促激励的机制,实现会说的目的,进而达到学以致用的最终目的。教学过程:Step I:Organiation and Warm-up:1、T:Hello,Boys and girls.How are you today?T:First, lets depart us into 2 Teams,Happy Team and Lucky Team. Look ,I have a cup .I hope you try your best to win it.2、 Sing a song . p54 Thunder (课件展示,师生一起表演唱)3、 lets do接着上面的歌曲,T:We know ,Tom is wetted .So we have to Pay attention to the weather .(49Lets do的内容)The first time. Follow the teacher say and do.The second time. Listen, say, do and remember together.教师要适时给予小组评价设计意图:开课伊始是师生相互沟通交流的有利时机。在短暂的时间内调动起学生的热情,激活课堂气氛,创设一个平等宽松有竞争的学习氛围,对学生积极投入语言实践是至关重要的。Step 2:Presentation and Practice :1、引导学生感知重点句型T:Boys and girls, Please look out of the window. What a big sun today!Whats the weather like in Linyi today. ?Ss:Its sunny师放课件展示T: Now, Lets Look Whats the weather like in London?生听看并回答:Its rainyT:Yes, you re right . Its rainy . Now read follow me , please .rainy rainy (升降调读), Its rainy.师边领读边出示下雨天天气符号和 Its rainy的词条贴到黑板上。以这种形式分个出示(Moscow snowy )、( Beijing windy)、( Singapore sunny )、( Sydney cloudy)。2、学练重点句型师出示自制写有天气情况的转盘T:Whats the weather like in BeiJing?说完后转动并让生回答,板书这一句子,并利用“指挥式”的手势语言教读。Practice: T:Now,Im in -(地名)-引导学生利用新句型询问这一地方的天气。师先引导,后找生上台利用转盘边转边问。师问生几个城市的天气,接着引出How about ?句型,给予说得好的学生发小奖卡。Lets chantWhats the weather like in linyi?Sunny sunny ,its sunny.Whats the weather like in Beijing?Rainy rainy ,its rainy.Whats the weather like in London?Cloudy cloudy, its cloudy.Whats the weather like in Moscow?Snowy sonowy , its snowy.How about Shanghai?Windy windy , its windy.(师带领学生边表演边有节奏地说唱,如说sunny可以画个太阳,snowy可以想象伸出双手接雪花,cloudy可以画一朵云彩等)将丰富多采、活泼有趣的教学形式与有效的语言实践相结合,从最初的导入感知学习运用巩固,这一过程的设计,符合学生对新知的认知运用过程,更能有效地掌握3、创设各种情境,攻破难点。(1)I have to做完上面的Lets chant后,T:Excellent! (师干咳几声) Oh, Im sorry, Boys and girls! Im very thirsty. I have to drink some water ,Im very thirsty. I have to drink some water ,(师说的慢一点,强调I have to,说的过程中并做出寻找杯子喝水的动作,找到杯子后说一声I have to drink some water ,喝完后说一声cool之类的话,表演过程中让学生看出教师急需水的样子.) 出示 I have to 的句子条,师带领学生一起认读.Consolidation:出示一张Time table图,师带领学生一起说,让其能会说,理解 I have to的意思并会运用. Time tableTime Things to doIts 6:00I have to get up.Its 12:00I have to have lunch.Its 9:00I have to go to bed.(2)What the matter?T: Boys and girls,Now I feel cold ,Lets do some sports.cold cold (升降调读)、 Im cold.hot hot (升降调读)、 Im hot.Hungry hungry(升降调读)、Im hungry.师带领学生边说边做这些动作,到最后一个动作结束时,让生停住不动.T:whats the matter?S:Hungry hungry , Im hungry.出示whats the matter?句子条,教并让生认读.Now I do you ask.师做上面的这一个动作,生利用新生句子问.What are you doing ? Not much.T: Show me your cards ,please.(让学生出示前面奖给他们的小奖卡,一面天气符号,一面地名)Where is Beijing? stand up please.Now Ill call you.T: Hello,Im in Linyi, Whats the weather like in Beijing?S: Its _,How about Linyi?T: Its sunny. What are you doing?(师看学生回答不出时,可以做出Not much没干什么的动作,教说Not much). 接着问其他学生What are you doing?引导他们说Not much.出示句子条认读、学说.Group work.Let the students use their cards make this phone game in their group ,Then let them show.对于本课的难点句型,我分别创设了三种不同的情境,为求通过师的表演,生的交流,从引中理解其意,从教认中学得新知,从练说中巩固语言,最后通过一个小组合作的学习活动,真正创设了一个语言交际的环境,综合运用了所学语言,利用所奖小卡片,练习的过程中,让生感受到了成功,合理利用了教学资源4、回归课文。T: Now,open your book, turn to p50,出示Amy and Edward的头像Look, this girl is Amy , this boy is Edward .What are they talking about? 师放两人对话的课件。The first time: Listen and look.The second time: Listen and think about:Whats the weather like in Beijing ?Whats the weather like in Beijing?How about New York?Ask and Answer.Read the talk with their neighbour or themselves.Act.Happy team act Amy ,Lucky team act Edward .5、Lets check放课件,生一题一题地做,边做边查对,给予表现好的小组奖励。6、总结评价。Look at the board ,Which team is the winner?The cupis yours.(颁发奖杯)Step 3.HomeworkWe must pay attention to the weather. As we know, most of us have a bad cold in these days. After class you may be a warmheart weather reporter, tell us whats the weather like everyday? And tell us what we have to wear and what we can do in these days?课堂的终点在哪里?如果有,我想应在生活中,因此,我以本课为延伸,鼓励学生在课后运用所学语言介绍、谈论天气情况,适时添减衣物,做一些比较适宜的活动,关注健康板书设计: Unit 4 Whats the weather like?cupIts windy.Its sunny. How about New York?HappyLuckyIts rainy.Its cloudy.Its snowy.教学反思:本节课在教学的过程中,我始终让学生在教师的指导下交流学习语言。在教授新的语言知识时,根据学生认知规律先由教师示范,让生感知,然后过渡到学生练习;在运用语言时,采用创设情境,帮助学生通过感知,体验、实践、参与和合作等方式交流运用了语言。课堂评价是课程评价的重要组成部分。良好合理的评价能激发学生内在发展的动力,促进学生学习兴趣的发展。本节课我分了两大组,并做了许多与本节课天气有关的小奖卡,奖给表现好的学生,让他们感受到学习的快乐,体验到成功,树立起学习的自信,取得了良好了成效。小学英语阶段是学习语言的黄金年龄段。在教学中,我们应努力为学生营造良好的学习氛围,让学生在各种情境中运用学习英语;感受到英语就在我们的身边,享受到学习英语的快乐!
