教学设计【课前朗读】:pale , appear, hit, attention, pay attention, round, corner , glad, in time , fall off, risk, side by side【学习目标Study Objectives】一、知识与技能目标:1、理解、掌握、并能正确运用以下单词和短语: pale, appear, round, corner, hit, glad, in time, fall off.,risk, pay attention, side by side.2.能够听懂别人对事故的描述,并能够运用过去进行时描述过去某一事件发生的细节。二、过程与方法:通过自主互助与合作的方法,以听促说、听说结合、提高学生听力、口语表达能力及交流合作能力。三、情感态度价值观:通过学习,增强安全意识,注意交通安全。【教学内容分析】“Module8 Accidents Unit1 While the lights were changing to red, a car suddenly appeared”是外研版八年级英语上册的内容.本模块的语法项目:过去进行时。本模块的任务:写一则关于一次事故的新闻报道,这在实际生活中即常见又实用。教学重点:要求学生掌握While引导的含有进行时态的主从复合句。教学难点:能够听懂别人对事故的描述,并能够运用过去进行时描述过去某一事件发生的细节。本模块第一单元的对话是由詹姆斯老师Ms James亲眼所见的一起交通事故引出的。通过詹姆斯对事故的描述,对话自然地导入了过去进行时这一语法项目。同时,也描述了可能会在学生身边发生的突发事件,呼吁学生骑自行车时一定要注意安全,并提出合理化建议。【教授学生活动方法】:教师可以让学生分角色表演这一单元的对话,以帮助学生更好地理解过去进行时在实际交流中的应用。由于现在的学生几乎都是在家长的精心呵护下成长起来的,在生活中几乎没有遇到过突发事件,即使偶尔遇到事故,家长也会尽可能的帮助孩子处理好,这就造成了很多学生的安全意识淡薄,因此我选择了以“事故”为主题的Module8 Accidents Unit1进行讲授。学习本模块有助于学生认识到安全的重要性,也有助于培养学生应对突发事件的能力。【教学设计思路】这节课主要是引导学生认识到注意安全的重要性,让学生学会遵守交通规则,珍惜生命。引导学生“听懂别人对事故的描述,并能够运用过去进行时描述过去某一事件发生的细节。”【教学方法与策略】课堂教学运用多媒体手段,通过创设“关于交通的系列情景”,结合学生的生活实际,让学生在情境中思考、探究。强调学生的自主感悟与合作交流,帮助学生真正体会认识到自觉遵守交通规则的重要性。密切联系学生的生活经验,让学生自己去活动、探究、体验、领悟,在关键之处教师给予适当的点拨,以起到“画龙点睛”的作用。具体通过听录音、观看视频、活动展演、交流分享等方法让学生进行感悟和思考,激发学生学习的内驱力,让学生在快乐中学习。【教学过程】Step1、导入新课以一首歌“Please stand up”的形式进行warm up,以活泼的形式把学生带进课堂,紧接着观看文明交通、安全出行的视频,这个视频中有很多因大意而造成的突发事故,发人深省,呼吁人们遵守交通规则、文明出行。从而为学Module8 Accidents Unit1做好铺垫,环节紧凑。Step2、【课前朗读】pale appear round corner hit glad in time fall off risk attention pay attention side side by side(单词处理方法:先听录音、跟读,记忆,并设计了“单词追忆”环节以起到督促记忆单词的目的。)Step3、展示几幅“事故”图片进行Predict,进一步引入到要学习的主题Module8 Accidents Unit1。Step4、因势利导展示学习目标Study Objectives(老师点播、学生齐读)Step5、听力处理(Activity2) listen to the dialogue between the policewoman and the driver to find out the answers and underline the correct words. 1.The driver was/was not going fast.2.
