初二下Unit 1 Whats the matter ? 3a-3b Section A教材分析：本单元是八年级下册英语教材的第一个单元。主要讨论的话题是询问某人的健康状况以及遇到麻烦的表达方法。本单元涉及到大量的表示人体部分的单词以及关于身体某部位不舒服的短语。此外，本单元还涉及到当人身体不适时，医生、朋友或亲人提出的意见的表达法。本单元共有阅读类文章两篇，文章的主体时态都为一般过去时。主要句型为.Whats the matter with?”“What should I/ you/ he/ she/they do?” “I/ you/ he/ she/they should do?” “I have a headache/stomachache/toothache.” “Does she/he/ have a fever/cold/toothache?”总的来说，本单元的相关语法知识并不难。本课时为一篇阅读课，讲述发生的一个意外事件，通过读故事让学生学习语言，从而引发助人为乐的思考。Teaching Aims :1. Knowledge object : Master the key words and phrases : passenger , trouble , get off , in time , lying on the side of the road , without thinking twice , a heart problem 2. Ability objects : Enable the students to understand the passage about accident .Enable the students to practice reading and writing with the language points . 3. Moral object:Educate the students to care about and help the people in trouble .Teaching Key Point :Be able to understand the passage about the accident .Teaching Difficult Points :Learn how to get information from the passage and train the students reading and writing skills .Teaching Procedures :Step 1 .Warming -up 1. Revise the words about our parts of body ,then enjoy a song .2. -Whats the matter with him/ her ? -He/She .设计意图： 从词，句入手，复习旧知识，引入新知识，活跃课堂气氛。Step 2. Presentation Show the picture on the screen , talk about the picture with students , introduce the new words and phrases at the same time , repeat at last . 设计意图： 对课文内容做一个大概的介绍，引入生词和短语。Step 3. Reading 1. Task 1 : Read the passage quickly , find the answer to this question , Do you think it comes from a newspaper or a book ?2. Task 2: Read the passage carefully , finish the exercise in 3b ,give some explanation .3. Task 3 : Fill in the box according to the passage in groups ,give a report at last .4. Task 4 : Talk and discuss 设计意图：本环节是本课时的重点内容，共设计了4个任务，让学生带着这些任务来阅读课文。 Task 1 是第一遍，初读，泛读，要求快速的读，所以设计了一个很简单的问题。 Task 2 是第二遍，要求仔细的读， 读的时候要注意文章细节，判断句子正误。Task 3 在细读的基础上还要求写，增加了难度， 所以要求小组合作完成， 表格上还设计了一个学生写出自己想法的地方， 可供我们学有余力的学生进行发散性思维训练， 最后请我们的组长通过实物展示台展示汇报。Task4 是一个对课文内容升华的谈论和讨论， 从而对学生进行德育教育。Step 4 . Listening Listen to the tape . 设计意图： 加强听力训练，提醒学生注意语音语调。Step 5 . Summary 设计意图：从知识和文化两方面对本节课进行总结。Step 6 . Homework 设计意图： 对课文语法项目的训练。教学预测：由于是八下的课文， 而且本课时应该是第三课时， 所以复习对话导入部分学生可能表达有困难。 本课时是一篇阅读课文， 生词不是很多， 但相关的短语和表达法还是不少，所以在呈现导入短文部分学生理解起来不太容易， 所以课堂上教师处理时节奏放慢。 在完成表格中， 所设计的发散思维训练，学生可能受语言限制不会说， 此时我们即可马上进入下一环节的talk and discuss , 进行补充。
