Here,易多了。为了调到学生上课参与的积极性，我常常采取小组竞赛的方法让学生自己去发现问题，解决问题。这种做法和前面介绍过的朗读竞赛的方法是一样的，学生对这种方法相当欢迎，为了给自己这一组争光，可以说个个都积极地思考，小组讨论的气氛也相当热烈。学生上课参与的积极性高了，上课的效果自然也就好了。探索研究新教法，新课型，全面提高学生的语文素质。语文课的工具性特点决定了这一门学科靠死记硬背是学不好的，它体现的并不是你明白了多少语文知识，而是一种语文素养的全面提高，着重体现在“听说读写”四个方面。这种能力的提高,，单单靠语文课堂教学又是不够的，在这种教学理念的促使下，我不断地探索尝试新的教法新的课型。在一个学期中，我不间断地开设了诸如“朗读竞赛”“演讲竞赛”“背书比赛”“查安典比赛”“找错别字比赛”“成语接龙比赛”“游戏比赛”“写字比赛”“讲故事比赛”“讲笑话比赛”“作文片段描写比赛”等等。这些生动有趣的课型的开展，不仅是对课堂教学内容的有益补充，更是激起了同学们对于语文这一门课程的热爱，使他们对于语文这一门学科“爱学”“乐学”，同时，他们的语文能力，语文素养也在一种轻松活泼的氛围中不知不觉地得到了提高,1,此处添加标题文本,Insert
