equally divided,performancemeasuredthroughrelationships.accenture assistedtheclient in:,implementinga,gradingstructure,forwhite-collarandblue-collaremployees thatconsiders job skillsinplace ofseniority,designing a,paystructure,which corresponds tothenewgradingandislinked to job skillsandmarket,devisingan,annual incentiveandstock option plan,thatislinked to employeesperformanceachievement,developing,performancecontracts,using Key Performance Indicators(KPIs)to measure individual performance,In additionto the accentureteam,we recommenddeveloping ajoint project team,consistingof members fromChina Mobileandaccenture.accenture willworkwith the project team to determinewhatother resourceswill beneededin the design ofthesystemandhow,forexample,anAdvisory orSteering Committee,etc.mightaugmentandfacilitate the workof the project team.,Time&Fee,Thetimeframe for the development and implementation for this project is tight.From our experience,aprojectofthissize and scopetypically takes8 to10months.However,wecanbeflexibleandpartnerwith you todevelopa project planandscope that is achievablein4 to5 months.In ordertodo so,we will needa greater understandingof the objectives ofthis project,internalworkdone todate and work in progress.,We estimatethefeesforthethree phases tobeas follows:,US$,DiscoverPhase:44,000,Invent Phase:218,000,DeliverPhase:48,000,Outof Pocket Expense:52,350,Total:362,350,Time&Fee,accenture will invoice ChinaMobileforfeesandexpenses inaccordanceto the followingpaymentschedule:,ProjectProposalacceptance30%ofTotal fees(USD 108,705),After ConductingJobEvaluationat the end of May,2001,40%of Totalfees(USD 144,940),After all the deliverables submittedattheendof July,2001,30%of Totalfees(USD 108,705),Invoicesarepayableupon receipt and payment will be due thirty(30)days followingthedate oftheinvoice.accenturewill assessa latecharge at the rate of one percent(1%)per monthonanybalanceoutstandingmorethan 30days followingthedateoftheinvoice.,Human Resource System
