rmf,打开HVAC生成窗体菜单,如下,HVAC的管件布置,选择Contro l ,Style Options,设置除了,OK/Cancel Forms按钮,其余所有的选项设置为,ON,如图所示,:,A ppl y / D i s m i s s,步骤如下:,产生HVAC在CE当前元素ZONE /HVACZONE下,Available Types,HVAC的NAME为,HTESTHVAC,1.生成一些管理层元素,在Categories下仍设置为PDMS Branches,Available Types选择Main Branch Element,Branch Name输入为HTESTB1,Specification为TUTORIAL,设置Branch Head Shape 为Rect,Head Direction N,Duct width AA 1000,Duct depth AB 500,Insulation Thickness 50mm,我们指定Branch Head 在前墙上的墙洞中心,在Head Start下拉选项中选择ID Design PPoint,点取Apply后, 指定设计点,用鼠标选取负实体Box的P5点,Dismiss HVAC Main Branch Element 窗口,注意:main branch 和side branch的区别之一是,main branch需要定义起点的位置和方向,而side branch的起点是连接到有P3点的三通件,2.生成HVAC的管件,首先生成一个矩形直管,移动Straight的位置 Move By S5000D96,QueryPositionOrigin,将看到:E 3048mm S 5125mm U 3300mm,重定义Branch Head的位置,CONNECT 到HVAC Branch Head to First Member,当前元素指在Straight,CategoriesInline Plant Equipment,Rectangular Fire Damper,name为FD1,移动它到墙洞(POSITIONThroughID Element,LookPlan North,生成一个Rectangular Square Bend,Leave Direction W,注意:此项操作将产生两个元件Bend和SPLR,PDMS的组合件描述,如图:,2.生成HVAC的管件(继续),生成一个Rectangular Radiused Bend,设置Inside Radius 为100,Leave Direction 是 N,移动Bend到西墙POSITION Through ID Element,然后移动到墙内POSITION Move by E800D150,因为两个Bend上下有偏差,需在两个元件之间生成一个 Rectangular Mitred Offset,元件长度通过选择 Fit按钮,自动测量出A OFFset是150,导航到最后一个元件Bend, 生成第二个Radiused Bend , Inside Radius用默认值, Leave Direction East, 请看下图:,用Through ID Element 到最北边的墙,然后用Move By S1500,下面将生成一个circular section silencer, 但是为了正确安装它,需先插入一个square-to-round transformation piece(方变圆的转换件),CategoriesTransformations,Available TypesSquare to Round 输入Duct Diameter为750. 位置定义到其东面的梁上,然后 Move By E300,现在选择Inline Plant Equipment生成一个Circular Silencer, name 是SILE1,设置Outer Diameter 到950,我们将加入一个新的转换器,恢复到矩形管,可以用拷贝来生成, 点取Create Copy ID按纽,选取Square-to-round transformation到拷贝,在Square to Round Transformation窗口,设置Flip Cire/Rect选项到Yes,PA和PL点将反转,完成后显示如下图:,下面将加入一个三通件,从RectangularSquare Threeway,Duct Width LA 和Second Width设为800,Leave Direction 设为S,移动三通件 Distance 1500,当前为三通件,生成一个Rectangular Radiused Bend Leave Direction 设为East,使Bend和最东边的墙洞对齐,Through ID Element,生成一个Rectangular Fire Damper,name 为FD2,最后,连接Branch Tail 到Fire Damper,一个完成的HVAC的布置如下:,附加的HVAC MODEL,Grid/Tiling Utility: 有三项内容,1.设置一个setting-out point(s.o.p),2.生成Grid Lines,3.加入tiles到一个指定的平面位置,Controlclose关闭HVAC 窗口,选择UtilitiesHVAC Tiles/Grid LayoutSetting Out Point,S.O.P的name是HTESTSOP1,设置Out Point Height 为 2700,OK 后定义S.O.P的位置到小房子中心,PositionExplicitly(AT) E15000 N9000 U2700,选择UtilitiesHVAC Ti les/Grid LayoutGrid from S.O.P.,East/West and North/South Grid spacing是600,Click OK,选择South-West角和North-East角,选择UtilitiesHVAC Tiles/Grid LayoutApply Tilies in Grid,East/West和North/South Tile Width的设置是600,Click OK,生成一些Side Branches,首先在Main Branches产生一个Branches Connesctors,插入到Three-Way 件后,CreateHVACBranch ConnectorsFlat OvalABoot元件,设置Boot Width 到 610,Boot Depth 到 152,BOffset 到 100,Boot Direction 到 E,Through ID Element 到S.O.P,从PDMS BranchesSide Branch,Branch Name HTESTB1.1,Insulation Thickness 50mm,Specification the current default,Connect Head Branch Connector,Click Apply,新的Side branch的第一个元件, 生成一个Flat Oval Straight,Width Direction 是N,我们需要产生两个circular boot connectors(圆截面的风口连接件)到两个tile位置,生成第一个Circular BootBranch Connectors,Boot Diameter 150,Inner Extension 76,Distance from Leave 100,Boot Direction N,生成第二个Circular BootBranch Connectors,Boot Diameter 150,Inner Extension 76,Distance from Leave 700,Boot Direction S,生成第二个Flat Oval Straight, 用Fit, Length将为2525,完成第一个Side Branch, 加入一个Cap到最后一个Straight后,产生一个Flat Oval Cap End,最后,连接Branch Tail 到Last Member,导航到第一个Side Branch(HTESTB1.1),生成一个新的Side Branch,Branch name HTESTB1.1.1,insulation thickness 50mm,连接新的Side Branch的Head到circular boot connector,生成Circular Straight: Length 750,选择ChooseLeajointMale Socket&Spigot Joint,Click Ok,用默认值生成Circular Internal Damper,生成Circular Flexible Bend :,Leave Direction D,从TransformationsCircular to Rectangular Spigot Box : Duct Width LA=300;,Duct Depth LB=300;,Rectangular Box Height=75;,Circular Extansion = 50;,Circular Joint=MALE,从Inline Plant EquipmentRectangular Grille InLine,Name=GRIL1,End Width=400,End Depth=400,Grille Length=50,AExtansion=0,Position At ID Element到Tile,导航到spigot box 选择Postion At Next,指定Flexible Bend Modify CE Fit(则Arrive Extension = 120 Leave Extension=225),完成的Side Branch /HTESTB1.1.1展示如下:,重复产生/HTESTB1.1.1的过程,生成/HTESTB1.1.2,Grille命名为/GRIL2,生成第四个Side Branch名字为 /HTESTB1.2,Connect Head to Threeway Item,选取Main Branch(/HTESTB1)上的Threeway元件,生成Rectangular Radiused Bend,点取Transpose Width/Depth按纽:,Duct Width AA = 500,Duct Depth AB=800,Angle = 135,Inside Radius = 100,Leave Direction = D,生成Rectangular Radiused Splitter插入到Bend内部(分流器),Splitter Radius到200,生成Rectangular Mesh End(过滤网),Connect Branch Tail 到最后一个成员,完成设计,自动填充管道,指到main branch /HTESTB1,UTILITIESAutofill with StraightsShow Gaps,Click Apply,将显示如下:,选择UtilitiesAutofill with StraightsFill Gaps,Click Apply,将产生新的元件,加入Stiffening Flanges,指向main branch的第一个straight,选择Rectangular,生成Stifening,Spec Reauirement 是5,选取OK the Spec Requirement,自动计算数量和命名,选择UtilitiesAutomatic Itemising,输入Naming Prefix 是/HTEST/ITEM,Start Number 是 1,Checking and Outputting Design Data,Querying Some Data Settings,Query Item Details Brief Description,Query Item Details Item Number,Query Item
