Module4 Seeing the doctorUnit1 I havent done much exercise since I got my computer.Teaching aims:Knowledge objectivesKey vocabulary: cough, fever, headache, stomach ache,toothache, catch a cold, take sbs temperature,Key structure:I have got a stomach ache.How long have you been like this?Since Friday.Ive been ill for about three days.Ability objectives:To be able to understand the conversation between the doctor and the patient.To be able to talk about illnesses.Emotion objectives:To call on our family and parents to keep fit.Teaching key and difficult pointsMaster the key words and phrases.Learn to how to talk about illness by using the Present Perfect tense.Teaching Aids:PPTTeaching procedure:Period OneStep1:Warming up.1.Enjoy a song and talk about what they can learn from it.2.Talk about the importance of doing exercise and elicit the topic of this Unit.设计意图:此环节以歌曲的形式渲染课堂气氛,激发学生的同时又导入了课题。Step2.Pre-listening.1. Learn new words.Learn new words by showing some pictures.Make sentences with the new words.Make a short dialogue with the new words.2. Do Activity1.March the words and expression in the box with the pictures.3. Do Activity2.Look at the table and know about the main information.Listen and check whats wrong with Betty and Daming.Listen again and check the answers.设计意图:此环节通过听,读,写的练习突破词汇关,通过听力的练习掌握重点句型I have got 。为进一步的学习打下基础。Step3.Listening and reading. 1. For the first time,listen to the tape and answer two questions. Q1.Where does the story happen?
