层开始使用集成式升降脚手架施工。为方便架体组装,底部采用双排架搭设安装架体,即从 4 层底板以上组装的架体,架体在地面进行部分拼装,然后吊装至架体上进行整体连接,完成架体组装后,随即将下部外双排架拆除。架体全高 16.4 米,分四次吊装,首节吊装3.6米,吊装同时将第一道附着支座安装牢固,为架体提供了可靠的结构附着点。1.3. 施工布置1.3.1. 平面布置序号项 目内 集成式升降脚手架布点应尽量避开阳台及悬挑板的位置,以方便架体附着。3) 为配合建筑的流水施工,集成式升降脚手架按流水段分布将架体进行合理分组,保证分组与流水段对应,以不出现“同组不同流水段”的情况为原则,分组缝与流水段分段相适应,分组缝可适当由先施工流水段向后施工段跨过流水分段处,以利于施工防护。同时架体分组时兼顾工作量均衡,即分组后各组间架体榀数基本均等,避免出现榀数过多和过少现象。4) 按照总承包方塔吊布设位置及塔吊附臂水平及垂直位置,若附臂安装时穿过架体内部,则需事前将集成式升降脚手架防护网拆除,安装局部加固件即可。特殊说明:1) 本产品全部采用定型式结构,因此主要适用于外形规则的公建建筑、在外形结构变化较多的住宅建筑中使用时,异形构件较多,组装时需要严格听从厂家技术指导指挥,避免出现安装错误,影响架体整体搭设质量。2) 本产品架体与建筑结构直接采用定型翻板封闭,翻板最大封闭间隙为0.5米,对于间隙超过0.5米部分需要定制封闭翻板,具体规格按实际施工需要设计!3) 本工程施工电梯部位不采用架体封闭,依据现场提供尺寸,该部位预留6米宽距离,保证施工电梯上下无障碍。4) 塔吊附着臂与架体穿插部分,采用局部架体拆除,具体位置参见平面图,部位大厦见塔吊附着臂避让立面图。5) 由于建筑造型较多,允许存在部分架体之间间隙临时搭接,间隙700mm,架体临时搭接部分架体外安全网采用钢丝网封闭,每隔1.8米设置一道搭接杆,作业层加设拦腰杆,与主框架及架体采取临时连接。1.3.2. 立面布置1) 架体立面:架体全高高度由具体楼层决定,覆盖5层,顶部为2米的防护,架体步高按照具体层高进行调整,保持与层高一致,保证密封翻板能够完全密封,设置8步架,2个作业面,最底层为封闭防护层。集成式升降脚手架架体净空宽度0.6m(内外排立杆内边边距)。2) 架体单元:所有水平杆与每根立杆和定型钢脚手板用螺栓组件可靠连接,架体单元由内外立杆、水平杆、定型钢脚手板、翻板、定型防护网组成一个空间桁架结构。3) 拨叉式防坠落附墙支座:该构件将防坠装置和附墙装置集成于一体,每个机位处竖向不少于2个拨叉坠落附墙支座,用T38穿墙螺栓固定在建筑结构上。4) 智能提升系统:使用型号为7.5T的电动葫芦、智能控制装置和倒挂葫芦装置及上、下吊挂件,每个机位均配置有提升系统即可单点控制也可多点控制。5) 脚手板:定型钢脚手板安装在架体单元内,用螺栓组件与架体单元内/外立杆可靠连接。6) 集成式升降脚手架的脚手板外侧设置有封闭翻板,翻板与定型型钢脚手板用合页连接,翻板为活动构件,升降时翻开,静止施工作业时盖好。翻板必须满铺严密,不允许有孔洞存在。对于结构变化较大处的密封板,则可用定型钢脚手板搭设在架子脚手板上和楼层楼板上。7) 集成式升降脚手架架体组装后在端部处均全部安装有端部封网。8) 集成式升降脚手架架体外侧安装有防护网。1.3.3. 施工要求1) 正式施工方案编制前必须有全套完整的建筑、结构施工图纸。2) 为配合其他工种作业,在正式施工方案编制前,需提供准确的塔吊及附臂位置,流水段划分情况,模板使用情况,保温施工时间,料台设置情况(料台与架体脱离),如装修使用本架体还需确定施工电梯位置。3) 严禁将模板支架、缆风绳、卸料架体等固定或连接在架体上。4) 混凝土强度达到10MPa后方可安装附墙支座进行提升,同时提升时安装吊挂件处混凝土强度不得低于20MPa,需设置同条件试块进行强度测定。5) 作业人员需持证上岗,按要求作业,严禁患有恐高症、精神病、癫痫病、高血压、心脏病、高度近视等病的人员高处作业,禁止酒后上架作业。6) 需提供满足架体使用的三相五线制不小于7Kva的配电箱。7) 集成式升降脚手架吊装及拆卸过程需使用塔吊。8) 安装场地要求:产品堆放位置应远离混凝土泵车等易污染区域,并通过项目告知所有人员注意对产品的保护,防护网是易损构件,须特别注意保护。1.4. 技术保证1.4.1. 产品特点1) 架体单元工厂预制化生产,所有防护网全部采用镀锌冲孔板,产品标准化,可实现工具化安拆;管理简单,不再需要钢管扣件,在节约材料租赁费的同时,使设备、材料现场管理变得简单。2) 架体单元采用拼装式标准节,运输方便。3) 施工现场底面组装、安拆方便,操作简便迅速,避免高空搭设架体,且易保证安装质量。4) 架体搭设全部采用螺栓连接,结构更加紧凑,不仅减少了现场的施工作业量,外形更美观而且文明施工。 5) 采用的电动提升机倒挂系统,避免了每次提升倒换设备,大幅度降低了工人的劳动强度(每台电动升降机85公斤),减少了设备故障率,极大地提高了架体在升降过程中的安全性。6) 采用的拨叉式防坠落装置,利用拨叉原理。正常提升或下架时,导轨的运动,带拨叉摆动。当架体坠落时,下坠速度大于拨叉复位速度,从而卡死导轨,防护架体坠落。该防坠构造简单,安装拆除方便,适合施工现场的各类环境使用,解决了当前附着式脚手架防坠装置易出隐患的问题,具有结构紧凑、体积小,承载力大;使用寿命长,免维护;成本低等显著特点。7) 与落地式外脚手架相比,材料周转率高,可多次重复使用,符合国家环保、节能减排的产业发展方向。8) 一次搭设循环使用,节约人工费约30%,降低了施工过程中脚手架搭设的人工费用。9) 使用过程中,依靠自身动力升降,减少劳动程度、加快施工进度,实现了高层建筑脚手架工艺的机械化施工,提高了高层建筑施工机械化水平,促进了建筑施工技术的进步。10) 架体底部与结构楼层完全密封,防止坠物,消除安全隐患。11) 采用的荷载同步控制系统是一种主动安全的控制系统,它能有效避免荷载超载或失载过大而造成的安全隐患,切实保证安全。当某一机位的荷载超过设计值的15%时,以声光形式自动报警和显示报警机位;当超过30%时,使该组升降设备自动停机,直至故障排除。12) 采用的遥控控制升降系统,能杜绝操作人员必须站在附着式升降脚手架上进行操作的不安全工作环境,操作简单迅速,及时消除事故隐患,方便进行远程多地控制,大大提高工人的工作效率。1.4.2. 架体构成集成式升降脚手架按流水段等工程实际情况以组为架体单元,由主框架、架体构架、附着防坠装置、提升系统和同步控制系统等五部分组成:1) 主框架竖向主框架由立杆和轨道焊接而成。轨道直接焊接有防坠梯杆,它与附墙支座上的防坠拨叉相配合,起到防坠作用。轨道采用槽钢背对焊接形成,与附墙支座的防倾导向装置配合,保证架体在升降作业时的垂直运动。2) 架体构架主要由内外立杆、型钢脚手板、水平杆、斜杆以及封闭翻板、防护网等组成,其中立杆、水平杆、斜杆和型钢脚手板是通过螺栓连接的,形成定型框架结构,架体荷载通过架体构件传递至导轨主框架上。i. 型钢脚手板型钢脚手板用于整体架结构的横向连接,使用花纹钢板和角钢焊接制作,是整体架结构的主要组成部分,用来设置各施工阶段的操作架体和底部的密封处理。 ii. 封闭安全网安全网主要用于整体架的外层防护,保证整体架外层达到防护全密封状态,同时确保架体的整体传力和外排结构强度,由冲孔镀锌板、方钢、角钢组成的框架焊接而成,安装时与立框、主框架通过角钢节点采用螺栓连接固定。3) 附着防坠系统包括导轨,拨叉防坠落装置,卸荷支座,固定螺栓、垫片等。拨叉防坠落装置简介:i. 本装置是一种用于升降脚手架、升降机等高空坠落的防坠落保护装置。目前,施工用升降脚手架、升降机等设备,在使用或升降运行过程中,有的无防坠安全装置,有的安全装置容易失效或成本较大,一旦发生意外,很容易造成高空坠落而发生重大人员和设备事故。ii. 工作原理为:利用拨叉原理。正常提升或下架时,导轨的运动,带动拨叉摆动。当架体坠落时,下坠速度大于拨叉复位速度,从而卡死导轨,防止架体坠落。iii. 本支座结构简单、巧妙、成本较低,便于操作,直观,随时可以检查,维修也极为方便,当发生如拨叉运动不灵活问题时,本装置不失去安全防护功能、安全可靠性好。iv. 每次升降时需对将安装的防坠装置拨叉摆块进行检查:转动拨叉,若拨叉可以正常复位,则正常;若无法正常复位,则挡块发生了卡阻失效,需对该装置进行维修或更换后,方能投入使用。4) 提升及自动倒链系统智能提升系统由重力传感器、智能分机箱及由电动葫芦和上、下吊挂件、倒链装置组成,通过吊挂件固定在建筑结构上,形成独立的提升及倒链体系。5) 同步及控制系统i. 同步系统集成式脚手架同步控制采用如下方法:a) 升降动力装置采取升降速度偏差较小的装置环链电动葫芦,电动葫芦的传力部分为链条形式,传力清晰明确,不会出现运行过程中打滑等现象。b) 采取遥控信号自动控制电动葫芦同时启动和关闭,确保每台葫芦的行程距离相等。c) 架体布置时,各机位尽量调整其负载范围均衡,避免各机位重量变化过大,负载不均。d) 各机位的下吊点均设置荷载探测装置,实时监控各点的负载变化情况,出现异常时,在最短时间内自动切断电源并报警指示,保障各点同步运行。ii. 控制系统控制系统包括:重力传感器,电气线路和总控箱,分控箱。本升降脚手架的升降采用电动葫芦升降,并配设专用电气控制线路。该控制系统设有漏电保护、错断相保护、失载保护、正、反转、单独升降、整体升降和接地保护等装置,且有指示灯指示。线路绕建筑物一周布设在架体内。二、 施工部署3.1. 安全管理目标集成式升降脚手架的主要功能是为建筑工程主体及装修施工提供结构外安全防护,施工安全是第一位的。使用本系统的安全目标为:u 架体不发生坠落、倾覆事故。u 不发生因架体安全防护不到位而引发的重伤事故。u 轻伤事故频率不超过5。3.2. 项目管理组织机构为了保证集成式升降脚手架的使用安全,切实保证施工要求和进度要求,树立公司形象,我公司将在本项目配置施工经验丰富的现场技术指导人员。现场技术服务组织管理机构框图如下:现场组织机构图3.3. 职责划分3.3.1. 建设单位职责1) 建设单位因建设工程需要,向有关部门或者单位查询前款规定的资料时,有关部门或者单位应当及时提供。2) 建设单位不得对勘察、设计、施工、工程监理等单位提出不符合建设工程安全生产法律、法规和强制性标准规定的要求,不得压缩合同约定的工期。3) 建设单位在编制工程概算时,应当确定建设工程安全作业环境及安全施工措施所需费用。4) 建设单位不得明示或者暗示施工单位购买、租赁、使用不符合安全施工要求的安全防护用具、机械设备、施工机具及配件、消防设施和器材。5) 建设单位在申请领取施工许可证时,应当提供建设工程有关安全施工措施的资料。6) 依法批准开工报告的建设工程,建设单位应当自开工报告批准之日起15日内,将保证安全施工的措施报送建设工程所在地的县级以上地方人民政府建设行政主管部门或者其他有关部门备案。3.3.2. 监理单位职责1) 工程监理单位应当审查施工组织设计中的安全技术措施或者专项施工方案是否符合工程建设强制性标准。2) 工程监理单位在实施监理过程中,发现存在安全事故隐患的,应当要求施工单位整改;情况严重的,应当要求施工单位暂时停止施工,并及时报告建设单位。施工单位拒不整改或者不停止施工的,工程监理单位应当及时向有关主管部门报告。3) 工程监理单位和监理工程师应当按照法律、法规和工程建设强制性标准实施监理,并对建设工程安全生产承担监理责任。4) 为建设工程提供机械设备和配件的单位,应当按照安全施工的要求配备齐全有效的保险、限位等安全设施和装置。3.3.3. 总承包方工作1) 提供准确的升降架设计所需的有关图纸、资料。2) 负责审定施工方案并按审定后的施工方案施工。3) 监督及配合升降架安装搭设、预留孔预留、升降、拆除,包括架体电气控制系统的安装和拆除。4) 对于日常检查指出的安全问题和隐患,督促监督分包方进行整改,保证架体的安全使用。3.3.4. 分包方工作1) 升降架设计合理,架体及配件牢固可靠,外观整洁,服务周到,负责现场技术指导。2) 对提供物品的加工质量负责。3) 对升降架按现行标准进行施工组织设计,并报总承包方审批,进行技术指导和服务。4) 负责组织人员进行安装、升降等技术培训和安全操作指导。5) 派驻专人对总承包方进行技术指导,指导架体的安装搭设、升降、保养和拆除,负责指导处理升降架所发生的异常问题。6) 对日常检查出的安全问题和隐患,配合总承包方立即整改。7) 协助总承包方在升降架使用过程中的升降架安全管理工作。3.4. 集成式升降脚手架安全防护集成式升降脚手架的安全防护分为:作业面防护、架体与结构间隙防护、挡脚板、组间防护。3.4.1. 作业面防护外立杆外面有防护钢网,内侧立杆在铺设作业面的各步用螺栓连接水平杆及斜杆,未铺设作业面的位置需悬挂警示标牌,提醒注意。3.4.2. 架体与结构间隙防护1) 架体内立杆与结构间空隙宽度为650mm,轨道处为400mm,在作业时,将型钢脚手板翻板翻到与脚手板平行面时,在将翻板翻出,搭接在结构上。2) 架体底部、顶部作业面下间隙都采用型钢脚手板的翻板密封。翻板宽度为N350mm,使用中离墙体结构距离不大于80mm。靠在墙上时,翻板的抬起角度以45o-60o为宜。3) 翻板间及因结构造型产生的不规则间隙,现场采用薄铁板封闭,并采用铅丝与相邻架体构造可靠连接固定。4) 每次混凝土浇筑后,及时检查底部密封板有无混凝土堆积,发现混凝土堆积及时在混凝土初凝前清理干净,防止混凝土将翻板筑死无法翻动。5) 架体升降时,将翻板翻起,不影响架体的升降。3.4.3. 挡脚板最底层设置有封闭挡脚板,设置在安全网内侧,挡脚板高度180mm,挡脚板用薄铁皮制作。3.4.4. 单元间防护分组缝处用单元间翻板把两组连接起来,增强整体性。提升前将翻板翻起,升降到位后将翻板恢复。3.5. 施工计划3.5.1. 施工进度计划为了保证集成式升降脚手架的使用安全,切实保证施工要求和进度要求,特作如下施工部署。 1) 集成式升降脚手架施工进度计划本工程可根椐主体外墙工程进度确定其具体吊(组)装时间,吊(安)装时间约610天,约需安排吊(安)装劳动力815人。2) 集成式升降脚手架升降计划本工程根据施工要求,集成式升降脚手架的提升以满足施工进度要求为准,每提升一层的操作时间为1个工作日,劳动力安排46人。集成式升降脚手架进场时间表预计如下:集成式升降脚手架进场时间表:序号部位进场时间备注11#楼具体以合同约定时间为准23#楼具体以合同约定时间为准35#楼具体以合同约定时间为准3.5.2. 材料与设备计划根据本项目实际施工要求,共布置 148
