For interlock, any condition exist, will issue interlock function that means it is “or” function. 二、设计说明 Design description1、锅炉部分Boiler partsSCS设计顺控18套SCS design of sequence controls are total 18 sets、锅炉烟风系统Boiler air-flue system锅炉烟风系统控制逻辑包括空预器、引风机、送风机、一次风机及其相关设备的启停;同时设计有可实现单侧空预器、引风机、送风机的顺序启动,也可用功能组顺控逐个进行顺控启停。Boiler air-flue system control logic including: air preheaters, induce draft fans, primilary air fans and related equipments start and stop;At the same time, the design can be achieved one side air preheater, induced draft fan and forced draft fan of sequence started, also A air preheater第二步:关空预器A一、二次风出口档板The second step: close primilary air and second air outlet dampers of A air preheater. 第三步:停空预器A主马达The third step: stop main moter of A air preheater3)、引风机 conditions)(1)A引风机运行并进出口阀开,或B引风机运行并进出口阀开且除尘器出口联络档板已开;(1) “A” IDF running and its inlet & outlet dampers are all opening, or “B” IDF running and its inlet & outlet dampers are all opening and outlet connection damper of precipitator opened;(2)无送风机A的联锁停信号(2) no any interlock stop signals for “A” FDF(3)送风机A停止(3) “A” FDF stopped(4)送风机A出口档板已关(4) outlet dampers of “A” FDF cloesed(5)送风机A入口导叶全关位(5) inlet blade position of “A” FDF at full closed(6)送风机B运行或送风机B入口导叶未全关,且送风机B出口档板已开(6) “B” FDF running or the inlet blade position of “B” FDF is not full closed and outlet dampers of “B” FDF opened.(7)空预器A二次风出口档板已开,或空预器B二次风出口档板已开且送风机联络门已开(7) secondary air outlet dampers of “A” Air Preheater opened, or secondary air outlet dampers of “B” air preheater opened & connection damper of FDFs opened(8)送风机润滑油站正常(无油站温度低和高、无油站滤网压差大、无油站油压低、无油站油位低)(8) lube oil station is on normal status (no oil temperature low or high signal, no filter diffential pressure high signal, and no oil pressure low signal and oil level low signal)(9)无送风机A轴承温度高(9) no “A” FDF bearing temperature high signal(10)无送风机A电机轴承温度高(10) no “A” FDF motor bearing temperature high signal(11)无送风机A电机线圈温度高(11) no “A” FDF motor coil temperature high signal(12)A送风机在远控方式(12) “A” FDF in “remote” control manner(13)无送风机A电气故障条件(13) no “A” FDF electrical default signal启动要求:start permissive conditions:(1) 送风机A组顺控投用; (1) “A” FDF group sequence control “on” ;停要求:stop permissive conditions:(1) 送风机A组顺控停用;(1) “A” FDF group sequence control “off”;跳闸条件:trip conditions:(1)空预器A已停,且送风机A运行;(1) “A” air preheater stopped & “A” FDF running;(2)引风机A已停,且送风机A运行;(2) “A” IDF stopped & “A” FDF running;(3)任一送风机轴承振动大 (驱动端,X、Y方向或非驱动端,X、Y方向),延时10秒后;(3) any bearing vibration of FDFs is HH , 10 seconds delay;(4)送风机任一电机轴承温度过高;(4) any motor bearing temperature of FDFs is HH ;(5)送风机任一电机线圈温度过高;(5) any motor coil temperature of FDFs is HH;(6)送风机任一轴承温度过高;(6) any bearing temperature of FDFs is HH;(7)动叶10%且送风机A失速延时10S;(7) “A” FDF on stalling;(8)送风机A已运行60秒,且出口档板关;(8) “A” FDF has running for 60 seconds, and outlet dampers are closed;(9)炉膛负压高二值延时5S跳送风机A (来自FSSS吹扫后炉膛负压高或低);(9) trip “A” FDF signal (from FSSS);(10)送风机A油站供油不正常(延时10S)(10) oil station oil supply for “A” FDF abnormal;2)、送风机A出口风门outlet dampers of “A” FDF:联锁开:interlock open:(1)A送风机已运行延时30秒;(1) “A” FDF is running , after 30 seconds delay;(2)A、B送风机均停延时60秒;(2) both “A”, “B” FDFs are stopped ,then 60 seconds delay;(3)送风机A组顺控投用(3) “A” FDF group on sequence control “on” ;关闭条件:close permission:(1) A送风机已停;(1) “A” FDF is stopped;联锁关:interlock close:(1)送风机A已停,且送风机B运行其出口档板未全关;(1) “A” FDF is stopped & “B” FDF is ruuning and its outlet dampers are not closed;(2)送风机A组顺控停用(2) “A” FDF group sequence control “off ”;(3)送风机A组顺控投用(3) “A” FDF group sequence control “on”;3)、送风机A油站加热器heater of lube oil station for “A” FDF:允许启动条件:start permission :(1)送风机A油泵1运行或油泵2运行(1) 1# or 2# oil pump of “A” FDF is running;(2)油箱油位不低(2) level of oil tank is not low;(3)送风机A加热器无禁操(3) no operational inhibit signal for heater of “A” FDF;联锁启条件:(在联锁按钮投入时)interlock start permissiont (interlock pushbutton on use)(1)油站油箱温度低;(1) Temperature of oil tank is Low;(2)油泵1运行,或油泵2运行;(2) 1# or 2# oil pump of “A” FDF is running;联锁停:(在联锁按钮投入时)interlock stop permission (interlock pushbutton on use)(1)油站温度高;(1) temperature of oil tank is HH;(2)油箱油位低;4)、送风机A油泵1 1# oil pump of “A” FDF:启动条件:start permission :(1) 油箱油位不低;(2) level of oil tank is not low;(2) 液压油站处于远方控制(2) oil station is in “remote” control;(3) 无禁操(3) no operational inhibit signal;联锁启:interlock start :(1)送A油泵联锁已投,且送风机A运行,且送风机A油站油压低;(1) interlock function of oil pump is “on” and “A” FDF is running and oil station oil pressure is low;(2)送A油泵联锁已投,且送风机A运行,且送风机A油泵2已故障;(2) interlock function of oil pump is “on” and “A” FDF is running and 2# oil pump is fault;(3)选择按钮被选中A,送风机A组顺控投用来指令(3) selected “A” pump by bushbutton and with the command of sequence start from “A” FDF group;停止条件:stop permission :(1)送风机A已停;(1) “A” FDF stopped;(2)送风机A油泵2已运行(2) 2# oil pump of “A” FDF is running;5)、送风机A油泵2 2# oil pump of “A” FDF:启动条件:start permission :(1) 油箱油位不低;(1) level of oil tank is not low;(2) 液压油站处于远方控制(2) oil station is in “remote” control;(3) 无禁操(3) no operational inhibit signal;联锁启:interlock start :(1)送A油泵联锁已投,且送风机A运行,且送风机A油站油压低;(1) interlock function of oil pump is “on” and “A” FDF is running and oil station oil pressure is low;(2)送A油泵联锁已投,且送风机A运行,且送风机A油泵1已故障;(2) interlock function of oil pump is “on” and “A” FDF is running and 1# oil pump of “A” FDF is fault;(3)选择按钮被选中A,送风机A组顺控投用来指令(3) selected “A” pump by bushbutton and with the command of sequence start from “A” FDF group;停止条件:stop permission :(1)送风机A已停;(1) “A” FDF stopped;(2)送风机A油泵1已运行(2) 1# oil pump of “A” FDF is running;6)、送风机出口联络风门outlet connection dampers of FDFs:开联锁:interlock open:(1) 送风机A,B均停延时开;(1) both “A” &”B” FDFs stopped, delay to open;关联锁:interlock close:(1)送风机B运行,且空预器A停;(1) “B” FDF is running and “A” air preheater stopped;(2)送风机A运行,且空预器B停;(2) “A” FDF is running and “B” air preheater stopped;(3)送风机A已停65秒,且其出口档板和进口导叶均未关,且送风机B在运行;(3) “A” FDF has stopped for 65 seconds, and its outlet damper and inlet blade are all not closed, and “B” FDF is still running;(4)送风机B已停65秒,且其出口档板和进口导叶均未关,且送风机A在运行;(3) “B” FDF has stopped for 65 seconds, and its outlet damper and inlet blade are all not closed, and “A” FDF is still running;7)、引风机A “A” IDF启动条件:start permission :(1)冷却风机A运行,或冷却风机B运行;(1) cooling fan “A” or “B” is running;(2)无引风机A联锁停(2) no any interlock stop signal of “A” IDF;(3)引风机A静叶已关,且出口挡板开,且入口挡板关,且引风机A已停;(3) “A” IDF vane closed, and its outlet damper opened , and inlet damper closed,and “A” IDF stopped;(4)空预器A运行,且空预器A烟气入口档板已开(4) “A” air preheater is running ,and its inlet flue-gas damper opened;(5)无轴承温度高、(5) no bearing temperature high signal;(6)无电机轴承温度高、(6) no motor bearing temperature high signal;(7)无电机线圈温度高、(7) no motor coil temperature high signal;(8)无禁操;(8) no operational inhibit signal;(9)另一侧空气通道已打开:(9) other side of air path opened:(9.1)空预器B运行,或空预器B烟气进口档板已开;() “B” air preheater is running ,or its inlet flue-gas damper opened;(9.2)引风机B调节导叶未关,且出口挡板已开,且电除尘B出口挡板已开,且所有辅助风档板在吹扫位;() vane of “B” IDF is not closed, and its outlet damper opened,and outlet damper of “B” precipitator opened, and all auxiliary air dampers are at purge position;(9.3)送风机B出口联络门已开或空预器B二次风出口档板已开,且送风机B出口档板已开,且送风机B入口导叶在全开位() outlet connection damper of “B” FDF opened or secondary air damper of “B” air preheater opened, and outlet damper of “B” FDF opened, and its inlet blade at full opened position;(10)无禁操:(11)无电气故障:(12)在远控方式联锁停:interlock to stop :(1)空预器A已停(延时?);(1) “A” air preheater stoped;(2)引风机A冷却风机均停,且引风机A在运行延时; (2) all cooling fans of “A” IDF stopped, and “A” IDF is running;(3)任一轴承温度过高;(3) bearing temperature is HH;(4)任一电机轴承温度过高;(4) motor bearing temperature is HH;(5)任一电机线圈温度过高; (5) motor coil temperature is HH;(6)轴向振动大延时10秒;(6) axial vibration is HH, and 10 seconds delay;(7)引风机A已运行60秒,且出口档板或入口挡板在关位;(7) 60 seconds after “A” IDF is running , its outlet or inlet dampers are closed;(8)炉膛负压低二值延时5S跳引风机A (来自FSSS吹扫后炉膛负压高或低);(8) trip “A” IDF (from FSSS);(9)引风机全在运行时,送风机A未运行延时1秒脉冲 (9) all IDFs are running, but “A” FDF stopped, 1 seconnds
