XXX小学绩效量化考核细则一、指导思想1、全面贯彻国家教育方针,进一步推行素质教育,切实提高教育教学质量。2、加强师德师风的考核力度,突出教学工作的中心地位。3、注重目标落实,分类量化,突出重点,实施绩效兑现。4、强化过程管理,以人为本,考核分作教师评优评先重要依据。5、加强教师责任感,提升整体形象,与时俱进,推动学校全面发展。二、基本原则1、实事求是、公平公开,优质优分、多劳多得。2、定期公布量化结果,每学期末汇总,统一结算发放。三、绩效考核办法:教师绩效考核工资,按省市县文件精神执行。把教师绩效工资拿出来作为教师激励性奖励。四、考核内容、分值及分工 (合计100分)1、师德师风5分2、教师考勤17分3、教学工作。53分 由教导处负责考核。(1)课堂常规28分(2)教学教研10分(3)教学六认真15分4、教学成果。10分 由教导处负责考核5、安全工作。15分6、卫生工作(加分项)五、分类量化考核细则(一)、师德师风(5分)(违反教师职业道德和违反法律法规、综合治理规章实施一票否决)1、参加政治学习(2分):积极加强理论学习,保持高尚的职业道德。完成学习笔记,积极上缴继续教育培训手册,参加校本教研。没完成者一次扣2分,不参加活动者一次扣1分,不按时完成者一次扣0.5分。累计扣分。2、坚持家访制度(1分):紧密联系家长,注意及时反馈,并作好记载。每学期家访达5次及以上,学校以检查文字记载为准。缺少一次扣0.25分。3、强化个人素质(0.5分):进教室不穿拖鞋,不穿背心短裤。坐班不做其他事、不得大声喧哗与讲与教育教学无关的话题,发现违反一次扣0.25分。累计扣分。4、注重和谐发展(0.5分):服从学校领导安排,教师间互相尊重,团结协作,严于律己,宽以待人,处理好同事之间的关系。出现一次纠纷扣双方当事人每人0.5分。5、尊重全体学生(1分):维护学校声誉,公平对待学生,不歧视、体罚、变相体罚学生,不许驱赶学生出教室,造成影响,出现一定后果者,发现一次扣0.5分。(二)、教师考勤(17分)(一周一统计、一月一公布)6、上课(3分):教师无故旷教一节扣2分,出现严重后果由个人直接负责,师德一票否决;自由调整课程内容,课堂呈现放鸭式教学者,室外课师生分离等发现一次扣1分。7、签到(10分),学校严格执行签到制度,不准代签、预签、不签,出勤一次加1分,签到时间为上下午大预备与小预备之间。8、严格执行请销假制度,请假必须履行请假手续。病假凭医院证明。教职工直系亲属婚、丧假学校批假四天。没有履行请假手续,视为缺勤,一次扣0.5分,一周内请假三次不扣分,超过三次,每次扣0.5分。9、升旗(1分):坚持参加升国旗仪式,做到准时、安静、严肃,并行注目礼,缺席一次扣0.5分,累计扣分。10、会议(3分):教师必须按时参加学校及各线组织的大小会议。迟到、早退(超5分钟)扣0.5分,旷会一次扣2分。累计扣分。附:学期无请假、迟到、早退、旷勤、调课等现象计全勤嘉奖分3分。 请假手续:、教师个人请假先调整好课程后告知值日领导记载。、请假一天内由值日领导批准,一天以上报请校长批准,一周或一周以上由中心学校批准。、公差调课由教导处协调处理。、教师由他人口头传话视作无效请假。(三)教育教学 (53分)(1)课堂常规(28分)11、上课准备(2分):教师不许空手进入课堂,必须带齐课本与备好的教案。教师不带教案进入教室上课发现一次扣0.5分。12、关爱学生(1分):上课前必须清查本班学生,对迟到、早退,旷课等异常情况要查问并做好记载且向班主任反映情况,协助班级管理。对漠然视之者发现一次扣0.25分。13、课堂纪律(2分):强化课堂秩序,注重教学效果,加强班级建设。对讲小话和打瞌睡的学生要坚决制止。禁止不力发现一次扣0.25分,放任自流,坚决杜绝教师随便出教室,发现一次扣0.5分。14、多媒体教学(1分):利用远程资源,加强业务自修,按要求带领学生到电教室上课,并完成相关资料。15、课时(17分)教师平均周课时为17课时,达标者记17分。学校领导因公事课时没达标者作平均课时记载。16、监考阅卷(5分):学校每学期组织的期中期末两次考试,参加监考阅卷分别记5分(有试卷、成绩单、试卷分析),缺少一项扣1分,单元测试(加分项),每测试一单元加2分,有试卷,成绩单。(2)教学教研 (10分)17、能认真按时完成布置的教学计划、总结和论文等文字材料(5分)。一次不完成扣1分。18、在各级别正式刊物上发表论文、报道,按市、地、省、国录用分别记1分、1.5分、2分、3分(同篇取最高奖记分)。(凭原件)19、服从学校安排、勇于主讲公开课,授课教师加4分,听课、评课加2分。20、能积极参加上级组织的优质课比武,获县级奖记5分,市级奖记10分。21、凡本学期被评为市、县以上教学能手或骨干教师分别记10分、5分。(3)教学六认真(15分)22、关于备课、教案(5分):各学科要按要求备完所有内容,教案编写认真,不缺项,超课时一周,上级检查出一处错误扣1分,扣完为止。23、作业批改(6分):检测与作业要按要求完成规定的量次。批改要求:文科:要对错字,错句更正,作文批改要有眉批、尾批。理科:不许以“”代改,由老师横线指出且由学生在作业本上更正,作业应有评定等次和批改时间。批改不合格被检查出一处扣0.5分,量次缺少一次扣0.2分,累计扣分(扣完为止)。文科、理科作业本均有订正。24、听课笔记(2分):每学期教师完成8节听课任务,少一节扣0.5分。(扣完为止)25、上级迎检(2分):在县、镇检查工作中,对教师各项工作提出表扬的加20分,提出批评或质疑者一次扣10分。(四)教学成果(10分)26、基础分5分27、在镇级举行的语文数学知识检测竞赛中获前六名者分别奖600元、500元、400元、300元、200元、100元。考试成绩与上期相比一、二、三年级每提高一个位次奖10元,四、五、六年级每提高一个位次奖15元。在学校举行的期中、期末考试中获得前三名者分别奖100元、80元、60元。(五)安全工作(15分)28、安全工作实行一票否决制,教师所任班级发生一起重大安全事故,此项不得分。(六)、卫生工作(加分项)学校每周二下午举行卫生大扫除,班级评出一、二、三等奖,任课教师每参加一次加2分。29、计算公式:总绩效工资总绩效分个人得分=个人绩效工资此方案在本学期开始试行,在实施中将逐步完善。其解释权属校委会QcWA3PtGZ7R4I30kA1DkaGhn3XtKknBYCUDxqA7FHYi2CHhI92tgKQcWA3PtGshLs50cLmTWN60eo8Wgqv7XAv2OHUm32WGeaUwYDIAWGMeR4I30kA1DkaGhn3XtKknBYCUDxqA7FHYi2CHhI92tgKQcWA3PtGZ7R4I30kA1DkaGtgKQcWA3P
